Global Fund Investment(GFI) was born out of several Asia based investment property and land companies. GFI was established in the UK in 2003 by a team of these highly skilled and successful professionals. Since establishment, we have numerous investment and management projects all over the world, with approximately US$5.3 billion investment under our management at present.

As a registered investment and business consultancy, GFI provides real estate investment strategies including income growth, and opportunistic return and risk objectives. Backed by our capital strength, we also align interest by co-investing with investors. We also give finance to landowners who wish to develop their land but do not have sufficient funds, knowledge or contacts.

GFI is founded on the idea of “Exchange Across the Horizon”.
