The business model of GFI is built on three principles.

1) Focusing on Strategic Sectors

We only invest in sectors that we consider strategic. However, we also treat deals in other sectors which come our way opportunistically. Our strength includes Land Investment, Property Investment, Environment and Commodities.

2) Partnership

At Global Fund Investment, we work professionally, diligently and as a united team. Investments are considered diligently. We will determine the feasibility of the project and then our team from the West will draw up the architectural blueprints. Our team based in the East will then source and provide the necessary raw materials and advice within the industry.

3) Exit Strategy

Exiting a project is as well planned as the entering proposal. We believe that a planned exit is pivotal. Upon completion of each project, clients could seek partnership with GFI where GFI will provide management services to maximise the development potential. Our dedicated management consultants work with a network of in-house partners to offer protection of physical maintenance, energy, business and technical service, in order to protect and enhance the asset value.
